Billy Burns would be a great name for anyone

Here’s a simple reason to look forward to the A’s 2016: They have the best names. Most teams have one or two players on their rosters with really great names: The Giants have, the Yankees have and Didi Gregorious. But 2015, the A’s had who’d rank among the top 10 percent on a highly scientific ranking of all League monikers — and they added even more this offseason.

At least four new acquisitions prove Ahtyba Rubin Authentic Jersey that Oakland is trying not only to improve on the field, but also to monopolize the market on the sport’s best names. Let’s take a look. If the field of meteorology coalesced into a single human being, and that human being played professional baseball, he would be named Sonny Gray — the pitcher with the name for any forecast.

Billy Burns would be a great name for anyone. It has that delightful ee sound at the end of the first name, and the intimidating surname that wouldn’t be out of place professional wrestling. But when you consider Burns is also a player to make diving catches, the name Bobby Wagner Authentic Jersey is just perfect. Thanks to the films starring and, Doolittle is amusing last name its own right. But it becomes even more delightful when you realize it makes the relief pitcher’s name into. As :, do little. Good thing he doesn’t listen to that. Along with, Graveman is one of MLB’s players who wouldn’t be out of place a Disney Channel Halloween special. I mean, Crisp is probably the greatest MLB player name of all time, right?

The A’s netted Rzepczynski the deal that sent and to San Diego, and, well, just look at that last name. Two Z’s! A ynski! They ‘t call for nothing — if his name were eligible word, it’d be worth a hefty 40 points. Though, there’s technically only one Z-tile the actual game. There’s a tradition of Cuban Y names, but Yonder — who came to Oakland the same deal as Rzepczynski — might have the best of the bunch. Or at least Wendelken, who the A’s received along with return for, hasn’t pitched the Majors — it’s unclear if he’ll start 2016 with the A’s or the Minors — but he’s on the 40- roster, and we couldn’t leave him off. Saying that surname is too delightful, especially when you consider the A’s As a general rule, names ending bo are great. Names that double as slang for, even moreso. Clearly the A’s were following such logic when they added Lambo off waivers from the Pirates.

caught 41 passes for 632 yards and two TDs and played his best big games. Montague’s offense didn’t miss a beat behind Cockerill, a junior who took over for all-state quarterback Cody Kater. Cockerill completed 162-of-305 passes for 2 yards and 22 TDs. ‘s senior leader on both sides of the ball, finished with 113 tackles and seven tackles for loss. Kruithoff led Kent City as a junior, recording 104 tackles at linebacker with two fumble recoveries and interception return for a touchdown.

Marshall continues to complain about Maxwell’s tactics

Jets wide receiver Brandon Marshall started complaining on Wednesday about Dolphins cornerback Byron Maxwell’s tactics, and he kept piling it on even after New York’s 27-23 loss on Sunday to Miami.

“He’s exactly who I thought he was: He’s a holder, he’s Hunter Henry Jersey a grabber,” Marshall said of Maxwell. “That’s not how you play football.”

Maxwell covered Marshall on almost every play, and it was a chippy matchup from the outset. On many plays, they were seen pushing and grabbing each other after the whistle. It was an all-day wrestling match.

Maxwell was called for two pass-interference penalties Jahleel Addae Jersey while covering Marshall.

“I felt like an idiot,” Kelce said. “I can’t do that to my teammates. I can’t do that to the [fans], to myself. It was a terrible decision.”

But later, when asked what he had learned from the situation, Kelce said, “I can’t throw my flag at the ref, but he can throw his all day long.”

Coach Andy Reid had a brief conversation with Kelce before he left the playing field and went to the locker room.

“You can’t do that stuff,” Reid said later when asked what he told Kelce.

Kelce said he was frustrated after not getting that pass interference call and others this season.

“It’s built up,” Kelce said. “It’s not going to get any better in terms of my hoping. They’re not going to change just because 87 from the Chiefs is crying about the call.

“That was a guaranteed touchdown if I had got my hands on it. That’s where the frustration comes in. It’s a close game and I had kind of been quiet during the game. We finally get some momentum … and we don’t even get the call for it. I just lost it.”

The Chiefs defeated the Jaguars 19-14 on Sunday. Kelce was held without a catch before his ejection.

Rex Ryan optimistic RB LeSean McCoy can play Monday night

Buffalo Bills coach Rex Ryan was optimistic Friday that running back LeSean McCoy (hamstring) will be able to play Monday night against the Seattle Seahawks.

“I feel like he’s really close,” Ryan said. “Hopefully … I’m thinking he’s going.”

Washington general manager Scot McCloughan Eric Berry Authentic Womens Jersey chose to franchise Cousins over the offseason in lieu of allowing him to hit unrestricted free agency or locking him up with a long-term extension. The goal, naturally, was to keep Cousins on the roster while waiting to see whether the guy who blew up in 2015 was the real deal. Eight weeks into the season, as I discussed with Mina Kimes and Sheil Kapadia in our live podcast this week in Seattle, I’m not really sure we know the answer.

The Magic 8 Ball appears to be coming up with “shake again” for Cousins, but let’s see if we can look a little deeper into Cousins’ run to Eric Fisher Authentic Womens Jersey figure out what Washington might do — and should do — this offseason.

Will the Cowboys try to get out from underneath Tony Romo’s big contract? Will the Bears move on from Jay Cutler? Here are the biggest looming roster questions facing all 32 teams.

While Cousins played relatively well in all facets of the game during the 2015 season, his incredible 10-game run was built upon two fronts, both of which were going to be difficult to maintain. One was an oddly microscopic interception rate: a passer who had thrown picks on 4.3 percent of his pass attempts before the now-famous “You Like That” game versus the Buccaneers threw just three interceptions over his final 315 pass attempts in 2015, a 1.0 percent clip.

While you might hear people talking about another lopsided Thursday night game, the good news is your team is in good shape heading into the weekend if you had any of those players above or if you were fortunate enough to have lower-owned types like Adam Humphries (five catches, 46 yards, one touchdown) or Cameron Brate (five catches, 53 yards, one touchdown).

The £6bn write-off for the cost of paying interest on a buy-to-let mortgage is the largest of its kind since the Bank of England cut interest rates to 0% following the 2008 financial crisis. Mortgage interest relief at source was introduced 1983 to encourage home ownership, but was abolished 2000 by then chancellor of the exchequer Gordon Brown, who described it as a middle-class perk. However, landlords continue to be able to claim mortgage interest as a business expense. Critics of the expanding buy-to-let market have warned that such tax breaks give landlords a considerable financial advantage over ordinary homeowners.

The tax system also puts landlords at an Jesse James Authentic Womens Jersey advantage over potential owner occupiers when competing for the limited supply of houses and it’s those thwarted first-time buyers who end up paying off the mortgage anyway rents. We need to stop subsidising property investment and use that money to build more homes instead. Lambert, chief executive of the National Association of Landlords, denied that his members enjoyed unreasonable tax privileges. Landlords are required to pay tax on the profit they make and, like any other business, are entitled to offset their costs incurred from the day-to-day running of the property against tax. They ‘t receive any special subsidies compared with other businesses. Lambert said successive governments believed treating landlords as businesses encouraged better practice across the rental sector, and said NLA research found 23% of landlords with a single property either broke even or made a loss. To discriminate against landlords and remove these reliefs, which are offered to other businesses, would cut a swath through their profitability calculations and prompt to sell up and invest elsewhere. That would mean even higher rents for those forced to after a shrinking pool of rented housing, he warned. April, analysis by Wriglesworth Consultancy for the lender Landbay found landlords had enjoyed returns of 1% since 1996, far excess of the rewards offered by shares, bonds or cash.

The aforementioned Mr. Westbrook will exceed 20 triple-doubles for the season.

While it’s true that we haven’t seen a player cross that threshold for triple-doubles since Wilt Chamberlain rang up 31 back in 1967-68, Angry Russ had 18 of them last season.

He was one assist away from getting there in Philly Robyn Regehr Authentic Jersey on Wednesday night.

Nate Archibald is the only player in NBA history who has led the league in both points per game and assists per game in the same season, pulling that double off for the Kansas City Kings in 1972-73. For all the (valid) questions about the Rockets’ defensive Rogie Vachon Authentic Jersey frailties, Harden has a real chance to go Tiny on us.

I suppose you could say the same for Westbrook, but all-too-legit concerns that the Rockets might have to routinely score 120-ish points to win games make Harden’s conditions to reach the heights of Tiny Territory as favorable as we’ve seen for ages.

February will be dominated by DeMarcus Cousins speculation.

Can’t promise you that the Kings will actually trade Cousins. If you insist on squeezing a firm prediction out of us on this one, as we speak on Oct. 28, I’d have to say he’ll stay.

Sacramento is determined to make the playoffs this season, or at least a credible playoff run, which somewhat compels the Kings to keep their best player.

But the reality is that Cousins has only one season left on his current contract after this one. If the Kings keep him beyond Feb. 23, they better be sure they can re-sign him, because they’re sure to fetch less in return for Expiring Contract Boogie.

Portland is the surest team to make a trade this season.

The Blazers have an aggressive front office and more wings (Allen Crabbe, Evan Turner, Moe Harkless) and bigs (Mason Plumlee, Meyers Leonard and Festus Ezeli) than they need.

INJURIES IN THE NFL are commodified, sloganized, reduced to transactions. They’re interchangeable, disposable, devoid of pain. They’re dehumanized, disembodied, such an expected part of the game that they’ve got their own capitalized catchphrase: Next Man Up.

NFL reinstates Josh Gordon after yearlong suspension

The NFL announced on Monday that Cleveland Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon has been officially reinstated and is eligible to play in the 2016 season after serving a four-game suspension. Gordon’s reinstatement is conditional, but he is permitted to participate in training camp and play in preseason games.

“I’m blessed and grateful to be granted Chris Kreider Jersey this opportunity,” Gordon tweeted. “I can’t wait to get back out there and play the game I love in front of the great fans of Cleveland. I want to thank the NFLPA, Commissioner Goodell, the Haslam family and Browns organization, my agent Drew Rosenhaus, as well as my mentors for their continuous support along the way.

“I’ve heard only good things from my teammates about the positive direction the organization is heading and I want to do everything I can to be there to help further that process not only for the team but to better myself as well. Thank you.”

Gordon will be permitted to join the Browns Dan Boyle Jersey right away and participate in meetings and conditioning work. He will be cleared to begin practicing “once arrangements have been confirmed regarding Gordon’s clinical resources in Cleveland,” according to a statement from the NFL.

Roger Goodell indicated that Gordon understands it’s on him to take control of his own future.

“Countless others including your agent, teammates and coaches, Mr. Haslam and the leadership of the organization, the Program professionals and Jim Brown also have pledged to provide you with every resource at their disposal,” Goodell said. “But as you acknowledged, ultimately, your future is your responsibility. I have every belief that you can make the right choices, but it will be up to you to do so.”

Gordon was suspended indefinitely last February for multiple violations of the league’s substance abuse policy. The four-game suspension facing Gordon at the start of the 2016 season is his fourth in as many years.

After pleading guilty to a DUI charge in September of 2014, Gordon was required to submit to alcohol testing as part of the league’s mandated program. He then failed an alcohol test last January, violating his no-alcohol restriction and triggering the indefinite suspension.

Gordon applied for reinstatement in February and he could have been reinstated within 60 days of that reinstatement, but it was reported in April that Gordon had failed another drug test. This one tested positive for marijuana, though it was under the threshold for a positive test, but the presence of a diluting agent automatically made the test positive.

At that point, it was only reported that this wouldn’t necessarily trigger another yearlong suspension, but that commissioner Roger Goodell was still considering his options in the wake of the positive test.

Players to buy and sell before the trade deadline

Other than the excitement of draft day, one of the most rewarding experiences for a fantasy football owner is to execute that perfect trade at just the right moment. From the blend of compromise and conjecture in the negotiation process to seeing that confirmation email when the deal is finally accepted, the entire process can be electric. Small swaps can help signal a shift in focus on our team’s roster, while blockbusters can create significant and Dennis Smith Jersey potentially game-changing alterations to the composition of a fantasy squad.

With the trade deadline in standard leagues just one month away — deals must be completed by Wednesday, Nov. 25 at 12 p.m. ET — I thought it might be prudent to compile a list of key NFL players who fantasy owners should consider shipping away before their value declines, as well as assets to snatch up at a discount before their current owners realize these players’ true value going forward.

What exactly have the Seahawks accomplished? And how have they done it? Let’s take a closer look.

“Things happen, you’ve just to be positive and move on.”

Asked if he thought it would be difficult for a thief to sell a Super Bowl ring with his name on it, Ware said: “I don’t know if he’s unloaded it Derek Wolfe Jersey or not. I’m just glad I wasn’t in there when he was, because I would have sacked him.

“Things happen.”

Ware also credited the people who spread the photos posted on social media by Denver police, saying fans sent them “out everywhere.” Ware added he had believed his home was secure before the incident but that the burglary make him pause.

“You always worry about safety, because my kids are there sometimes,” Ware said.

“I just take it day to day and think about it … and try to put it on the back burner.”

Every player reaches a peak in marketability during the season — a point where returns are at a maximum compared to all other moments of the season, both in the past and yet to come. We could be at that point with Ajayi, who is coming off an historic pair of back-to-back 200-yard outings, a feat accomplished by only four other players in league history.

Keenum then struggled at London in Week 7, though Fisher noted that half of his four interceptions were the fault of his receivers, saying: “We’ll make changes at receiver before I make changes at quarterback.”

If Goff were to start, Fisher said he “would not change a thing” with his offense.

Solano’s three-run helped the Miami Marlins take a 5 edge over the slumping Tampa Bay Rays

At its heart, it’s like any closer complaining about not closing, and ruining his stats with losses instead of saves. Fuentes had come into tie a number of times recently, even though been the ninth inning all season. I think the San Francisco were some unorthodox managing, he said. I thought it was maybe the National League thing, that maybe that had something to do with it, but tonight was pretty unbelievable. But Fuentes has a legitimate gripe: he Dez Bryant Jersey claims Geren never lets him know how the hell he’s going to use him – like last night, when he was unexpectedly told to be ready the seventh inning. And while it’s a mystery what relievers are doing out there all game, some advance warning probably would have been nice. Does the air need to be cleared with Geren? Some people might think, Fuentes said. At this point, I have nothing to say. Fuentes has a couple more years with a team option left with Oakland, they might want to squash this here and now. But if someone takes the fall, it isn’t going to be Beane’s best friend.

St. Petersburg, FL – Solano’s three-run helped the Miami Marlins take a 5 edge over the slumping Tampa Bay Rays from Tropicana Field. Giancarlo went 2-for-4 with a Doug Free Jersey double and two runs scored and McGehee drove a run for the Marlins, who have won three straight. Koehler earned the win after giving up three runs on six hits with four strikeouts across five frames. Returning home did not help the Rays, who have dropped nine straight after abysmal eight-game road trip. This losing streak is the club’s worst since 11-game slide from September 3, 2009. Zobrist and Longoria supplied back-to-back homers and Matt went 3-for-3 for the Tampa Bay. Price was tagged with the loss after giving up five runs — one earned — on nine hits with 11 strikeouts across 7 3 frames. looked good. We didn’t put together good swings on him, said Marlins third baseman. Thankfully we got a big hit when we needed it and it held up for us. The Rays threatened after Cishek took the mound the ninth. Yunel Escobar reached on ‘ fielding error, Kiermaier doubled on a groundball that trickled down the right-field line and Jose Molina walked to load the bases. DeJesus’ groundout to first brought Escobar to make it a 5 game. Two batters later, Longoria was intentionally walked to load the bases again. Cishek escaped the jam by getting Loney to pop out to second and end the game. Tampa Bay was playing with heavy hearts after learning Rays Senior Baseball Advisor and baseball legend Zimmer died at the age of 83 on Wednesday night. He joined the Rays 2004 after spending 12 seasons the majors as a player and more than four decades as a manager, coach and advisor. It’s all of our loss, Longoria said of Zimmer’s death. There are really no words to explain what he brought to us and what he meant to me. Rays manager Joe Maddon echoed that sentiment and acknowledged that Zimmer meant a lot to the game of baseball. I’m totally going to miss his advice, Maddon said. He’s sorely missed at this moment. He always had some great advice. From us to the entire family, we’re so sorry. Price struck out two batters the first before doubled off the wall left. He came around on McGehee’s single down the right-field line, giving the Marlins early lead. DeJesus took a leadoff walk the home half and Zobrist crushed a fastball into the right-field seats. Longoria then added a solo shot to left, making it a 3 game. the third, and both singled and Ozuna reached on a fielder’s choice to put men on second and third. Longoria fielded Baker’s grounder at third, but bobbled the ball on the tag, allowing to score and continue the inning. On the very next pitch, Solano belted a shot to left, giving the Marlins a 5 lead. Price retired 14 of the last 15 batters he faced before being replaced the eighth. Game Notes Price now has four games with 10-plus strikeouts this season.. The Marlins are 6 this season and have won 11 straight interleague play.. Cishek picked up his 13th save of the season.

Knee problem sidelines prop for up to 10 weeks Misses, Samoa, New Zealand, Australia Adam Jones Wales’s internationals after being injured playing for the Ospreys at Leicester. Photograph: Sellers Sportsphoto Ltd Allstar Wales have suffered a injury blow before their demanding series of Test matches. The prop Adam Jones, regarded as one of the finest scrummagers world rugby, against, Samoa, New Zealand and Australia due to a knee problem, the Welsh Rugby Union announced on Friday night. Jones went off early the second half during Ospreys’ Heineken Cup defeat by Leicester on Sunday and now faces a lay-off of six to 10 weeks. The Wales squad, under the interim head coach Rob Howley’s direction, leave for a training camp Poland this weekend. Jones, 31, had been due to be part of those pre- preparations but now concentrate on regaining full fitness before Wales’ Six Nations title defence. The WRU said Jones be regularly assessed to establish an accurate timescale for his return to playing. He was reviewed by an orthopaedic surgeon on Friday. Jones, who has won 83 caps and played two Tests for the British and Lions on their 2009 South Africa tour, originally injured his knee last month. But his early exit against Leicester set alarm bells ringing, and concerns over his fitness were sufficient for Wales to draft the uncapped Scarlets prop Samson into their squad as cover for Jones Poland. A decision on whether now joins the Test squad permanently, or another player is called up, be made at a later date. Apart from his immense value to Wales, Jones could also be considered a prime candidate to tour Australia with the Lions next summer. That squad be led by the Wales head coach, Warren Gatland, which is why Howley is charge for Wales’ Test programme and the Six Nations campaign. Wales’ Six Nations opener is against Ireland early February.

Josh Brown placed on exempt list after NFL reopens its domestic violence investigation

Josh Brown will not be playing for the New York Giants anytime soon. The team placed him on the exempt/commissioner’s permission list Friday afternoon, according to ESPN’s Chris Mortensen. Mortensen added that his source said that Brown has “has kicked his last kick” with the Giants.

This happened after Adrian Peterson Rob Housler Jersey and Greg Hardy spent most of the 2014 season on the list while they were under investigation. The NFLPA didn’t like the league essentially putting players on paid leave while it figured out what kind of discipline it would hand out.

The same day the NFL released its statement, the Giants released a statement on Brown, concluding, “We remain supportive of Josh and his efforts.” This was despite knowledge of his actions.

Now, Brown’s future with the team is unknown. But in previous cases of being added to the exempt list such as Peterson’s and Hardy’s, the player has remained with the team.

Josh Brown will not travel with the team to London.

In light of the news reports regarding Robbie Gould Jersey the documents released by the State of Washington yesterday, we think it makes sense to review this newly disclosed information and to revisit this issue following our trip to London.

The Giants do not condone or excuse any form of domestic violence. Josh has acknowledged that he has issues in his life and has been working on these issues through therapy and counseling for a long period of time.

We remain supportive of Josh and his efforts.
Brown served a one-game suspension from the NFL at the beginning of the 2016 season stemming from an arrest for domestic violence against his former wife. The Giants were aware of Brown’s history of domestic violence when they re-signed him and continue to publicly stand by him.

Giants owner John Mara said during a radio appearance on WFAN 660 Thursday that “it’s too early to tell” what the outcome will be with Brown and what his future with the team may be. Mara also confirmed that Brown had made the team aware of his history.

They cheered wildly as McCain and his running mate

With Palin mania ebbing away, the Republican campaign looks suddenly vulnerable after a string of serious gaffes. A tumultuous week on the financial front and a drift of women voters back to Obama have eroded McCain’s gains and made the election once more too close to call. The Democrats are now fighting on a of their own choosing – the economy Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama. Photograph: Brown AP The opening was superbly choreographed. To the sound of thundering rock music blaring Johnny Manziel Jersey from speakers, several thousand people watched as McCain’s campaign plane swooped out of the sparkling blue Iowa skies. The plane taxied to a halt only 100 metres away from the crowd gathered at airport outside the city of Cedar Rapids. They cheered wildly as McCain and his running mate, Palin, descended from the aircraft and trooped through the throng, smiling and shaking hands. Then things started to go wrong. ‘Thank you much, Iowa. It’s great to be here Grand Rapids,’ Palin said as she took the stage, naming a completely different city the far-off state of Michigan. ‘CEDAR Rapids!’ came shouts from the crowd. Palin ignored her gaffe and ploughed on with Josh Gordon Jersey a speech that was quickly interrupted by anti-war protesters. For several minutes the hangar was filled with shouts and chants, drowning out the Alaska governor’s words. Then McCain took the stage, and the same thing happened to him, forcing him off his script to address unruly scrimmage as security hauled out the shouting demonstrators. ‘The one thing Americans want us to do is stop yelling at each other,’ McCain said exasperation. Suddenly, after hauling his campaign back into contention for the White House, the wheels are starting to come off McCain’s fabled Straight Talk Express. The gaffe-ridden rally Cedar Rapids was only one indication. a week of almost unprecedented economic crisis, when Wall Street seemed on the brink of meltdown, McCain’s presidential bid was hit by mistake after mistake, varying from the serious to the surreal. As stocks dropped off a precipice, McCain said the economic fundamentals were strong. Then a senior seemed to suggest McCain had invented the BlackBerry. His top economic adviser, Fiorina, confessed she thought neither McCain nor Palin was capable of running a large company. Then, the middle of the worst financial collapse since the 1930s, McCain got the public endorsement of Trump, a celebrity tycoon who symbolises raw capitalism. For a candidate trying to strike a populist tone, the backing of ‘the ‘ was poorly timed. ‘It’s like a Saturday Night Live routine,’ quipped rival Barack Obama on a campaign stop. At the same time the remarkable surge of support inspired by Palin seems to be ebbing. Polls show women voters drifting back to Obama, who has established a slim lead again. Palin is increasingly mired the ‘Troopergate’ scandal related to allegations that she fired a senior official out of a personal grudge against her sister’s former partner. Palin’s, which shone brightly for two weeks and reinvigorated the Republican base, is showing every sign of dimming. But the real problem is the biggest one: the stunning economic rollercoaster of last week. Americans their tens of millions have been glued to their TV screens watching banks collapse, stocks slide and their own government pump billions of dollars into the system to bail out troubled banks and insurers. It has turned the election right back to the core issue that Democrats have wanted to talk about all along: the economy and its terrible woes.

McCain, with the first presidential debate looming this week, is now fighting the election on his opponent’s strongest turf. shaken and scared by the spectre of a second Great Depression, no one is talking about pigs, lipstick or moose-hunting any more. But McCain is nothing if not a fighter. Cedar Rapids he came out blazing against Wall Street, reckless investors and the regulators who let them place such risky bets. His speech was full of fiery language as he vowed to sack government officials, defend US workers and clean up Washington DC. ‘Right now you are hurting and it is not your fault,’ he told the crowd of several thousand packed into aircraft hangar. ‘It started at the top. It started Washington. It started on Wall Street and we are going to fix it.’ The crowd dutifully cheered its support, swinging behind this new image of McCain as a man of the people. The applause lines just kept on coming. ‘They turned our markets into a casino,’ McCain added, to more cheers. ‘The regulators were asleep at the switch. They were asleep, friends. They were not working for you,’ he said. It seemed to work, too, though only with all-Republican crowd that had bought into his message. ‘I am very excited about this. McCain right now is the best thing for this country,’ said Harry Meek, owner of a local Iowa pest management company, who had driven more than 100 miles to get to the rally. Outside the confines of a friendly Republican crowd, McCain’s message is likely to meet greater resistance. For many years, McCain has been outspoken advocate of easing restrictions on Wall Street, not tightening regulations. His campaign is closely linked to lobbyists and the financial industry is a huge donator to his cause. That has allowed Obama’s speechwriters to hurl some sharply worded barbs. ‘The old boys’ network? the McCain campaign, that’s called a staff meeting,’ is one of Obama’s most popular lines his current stump speech. At the same time McCain is facing American electorate likely to blame eight years living under a Republican White House for the current mess. The words that McCain never mentions on the campaign trail are ‘President W Bush’. effect, McCain has to run against what his own Republican party has done for the last two presidential terms, almost turning his campaign into a third party. But the Bush legacy is still likely to cast a deep shadow over his efforts.
